About the role

Supporting strategic decision-making, the full-time California Licensed Senior Finance Analyst will conduct financial analysis, prepare reports, and lead budgeting processes in a hybrid remote environment. Key responsibilities Serve as a key financial resource for leadership by providing analytical support for strategic planning and decision-making Prepare comprehensive financial reports and forecasts to aid in organizational planning and performance monitoring Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess program viability and ensure fiscal sustainability Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field required Minimum of five years of progressive experience in financial analysis, planning, or a closely related field required Experience with governmental or nonprofit organizations, especially Joint Powers Authorities, preferred Master's degree in finance, Business Administration (MBA), or Accounting preferred CPA, CFA, or other relevant professional certification preferred
