About INNO InstrumentINNO Instrument America is the U.S. subsidiary of INNO Instrument, a global manufacturer of fusion splicers, cleavers, OTDRs, and fiber test & measurement equipment. Our lineup includes single-fiber and 12/16-fiber ribbon fusion splicers used by carriers, contractors, and data center builders.
The Role: We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager who has sold fusion splicers and OTDRs and knows the people who buy them. You will grow sales across the Eastern U.S. through carriers, splicing contractors, distributors, and manufacturer's reps. You report directly to the Managing Director.
What You'll Do: Sell fusion splicers, OTDRs, and fiber test equipment to carriers, broadband providers, and splicing/installation contractors Manage and grow distributor and manufacturer's rep relationships in your territory Open new accounts, including contractors working on data center and ribbon fiber projects Run product demos and field evaluations with our technical team Attend regional and national trade shows
Must Have: Direct sales experience with fusion splicers and/or OTDRs (or closely related fiber test & measurement equipment)Active relationships with carriers, splicing contractors, distributors, or reps in the Eastern U.S.Proven record of finding and closing new B2B accounts Willingness to travel regularly within the territory Preferred Ribbon fiber / mass fusion splicing experience Contacts with contractors working on data center fiber projects Experience with Tier 1/2 carriers or broadband providersCRM and Microsoft Office
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary: $80,000 – $110,000, depending on experience Quarterly performance-based incentive 401(k), medical, dental, vision, and PTO
