Job Description:
Manage an 8-story, 110-unit ground-up multifamily construction project Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and cost controls throughout the project lifecycle Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, clients, and field operations teams Manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, permitting, and project documentation Utilize project management software to track progress, reporting, and project performanceMPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
