About the role

TOPS Staffing, LLC is seeking an experienced Machine Operator for a growing metal fabrication operation in the Petersburg, VA area. This is a 2nd or 3rd shift role, with training on the day shift for two weeks. The successful candidate will operate CNC equipment, laser tables, presses, saws, and other industrial machinery, read blueprints, measure parts, and help maintain a safe, efficient production area. This is an experienced, not entry-level, opportunity with strong earning potential.
