Responsibilities:
Proactively visit apartments, businesses, and commercial properties to present and sell our security services.
Identify and develop new business opportunities through direct outreach, networking, and referrals.
Conduct engaging presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of our security solutions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals with prospective clients.
Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster long-term partnerships.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective sales strategies.
Keep accurate records of leads, client interactions, and sales activities.
Requirements:
Previous experience in direct sales, outside sales, or B2B sales is preferred.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, driven, and comfortable working on a commission-only basis.
Ability to confidently present and sell security services to potential clients.
Proven ability to generate leads and close deals.
A proactive and goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales.
Must have reliable transportation to travel to various locations.
