About the role

We are currently seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist who specializes in working with couples and adults to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated, and someone who is dependable, highly independent, and confident in providing effective therapeutic treatment. Preference will be given to those with evening and/or weekend availability to meet current client demand.
Qualifications: Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or related field. Fully licensed in the state of Kentucky (LPCC, LMFT, LCSW, or equivalent) strongly preferred; associate-level licenses (LPCA, MFT) will be considered. Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience Specialized training or certifications are highly desired (EMDR, Gottman-Method, Emotion Focused Therapy, etc.)Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to ethical care. Ability to manage a flexible, self-directed schedule.
