About the role
To scale a team or establish a new branch, the remote NMLS Licensed Branch Manager will oversee operations, manage production, and provide leadership support while working with various mortgage platforms across multiple states.
Key responsibilities:
Manage and grow branch production, ensuring monthly volume targets are met
Recruit, train, and lead a team of originators to drive business growth
Collaborate with platforms to utilize advanced marketing and technology for operational success
Required qualifications:
Active NMLS license in one or more of the states where opportunities are available
Proven experience as a Producing Branch Manager or team lead in the mortgage industry
Strong background in compliance and operational management
Demonstrated ability to recruit and lead a successful team of originators
Desire to work with a growth-oriented platform offering competitive pricing and flexibility
