About the role
A global, high-growth enterprise software business is seeking an accomplished services sales leader to build and close independent professional services opportunities across the Americas. This is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-expanding organisation at the forefront of usage-based monetisation and quote-to-cash. As more enterprises embed AI into their products and explore new ways to charge their customers, our client’s technology helps them capture usage accurately, launch faster, and manage revenue with confidence. You will take ownership of a standalone services sales remit, shaping engagements that deliver genuine customer value while protecting healthy commercial margins. This is not an order-taking or services-attach role. We are looking for a proven operator who has carried a services order target, built their own pipeline through strong relationships, and closed work that balances customer outcomes with commercial discipline.
What you will do:
Build and close professional services opportunities with systems integrators, major ISVs, and SAP ecosystem partners.
Carry a services orders target of approximately $2M, managing the full sales cycle from opportunity creation through to close.
Work with GSIs, regional SIs, boutique consultancies, and major ISVs, where the partner may be the buyer, co-seller, or delivery channel.
Structure services opportunities to meet margin expectations, adjusting scope, pricing, or delivery approach where required.
Lead consultative sales conversations with C-level, business, and technical stakeholders.
Partner with licence sales, services delivery, alliances, and leadership on account strategies, close plans, and forecasts.
What you will bring:
A proven track record of carrying and attaining a services order target of $2M or more in at least two of the last three years.
The ability to clearly articulate your quota, attainment, and mix of new services business versus attached services.
Experience selling professional services where a GSI, SI, or ISV was the buyer, co-seller, or strategic partner.
A history of building services pipeline through relationship-led selling, rather than relying on licence-driven attach opportunities.
Strong commercial discipline, including structuring engagements around margin expectations and walking away from deals to protect quality.
The ability to engage business and technical stakeholders, including C-level leaders, with clear communication across customers, partners, and internal teams.
Quote-to-cash, billing, or monetisation experience (Desirable).A SaaS, integration, or data platform background, including ecosystems such as MuleSoft or Informatica (Desirable).Experience selling into or alongside SAP partners or SAP-led programmes (Desirable). You may be an especially strong match if you have led services sales at an ISV and sold delivery capacity into GSI-led programmes, sold subcontracted services through a boutique SAP, Q2C, or integration consultancy into partners such as Accenture, Deloitte, Wipro, or Infosys, or built a product-company services pipeline from scratch alongside a software licence team.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
