Position Overview:
Palmen CDJR of Racine is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Full-Time Automotive Porter to join our award-winning team. This role is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working both indoors and outdoors (approximately 50/50) in a fast-paced and customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with vehicle merchandising and lot organization
Help account for new and used vehicle inventory
Prepare vehicles for delivery by:
- Vacuuming interiors
- Removing stickers and temporary tags
- Washing and polishing exteriors
- Maintain a clean and presentable appearance for all showroom and lot vehicles
- Support the sales team with vehicle movements and lot staging
- Ensure every customer delivery is polished, professional, and memorable
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and clean driving record
- Ability to work both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in a job well done
- Self-motivated with a positive, team-first attitude
- Ability to move and operate vehicles safely
- Available to work part-time hours, including weekends.
