About the role
W2 only - not available for C2C or 1099 consulting 100% Remote - EST support Overview The SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain Program Manager will lead and coordinate the physical and financial supply chain workstreams supporting a large-scale SAP ECC to S/4HANA transformation. This role will serve as the primary liaison across Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Technology, and the System Integrator to ensure successful design, testing, validation, and deployment of end-to-end business processes. This position requires an individual capable of connecting business requirements, system functionality, testing activities, master data readiness, and deployment planning to ensure successful migration and operational continuity during the transition from ECC to S/4HANA.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Supply Chain Physical and Financial Flows workstream for the SAP S/4HANA migration program.
- Manage and maintain detailed workstream plans, milestones, dependencies, risks, and deliverables across Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Procurement, Warehousing, Logistics, and Finance teams.
- Coordinate activities between business stakeholders, technology teams, and implementation partners to ensure alignment across all phases of the program lifecycle.
- Drive issue resolution and decision-making processes related to supply chain process design, integration points, and deployment readiness.
- Support the migration and transformation of core SAP business processes.
- Oversee supply chain test preparation, execution, defect management, and reporting.
- Coordinate System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), Operational Qualification (OQ), and Business Validation activities.
- Ensure end-to-end process scenarios are executed and validated across both physical and financial transaction flows.
- Essential Qualifications
- Proven experience supporting large-scale SAP implementations
- Strong knowledge of SAP Supply Chain modules (MM, PP, WM/EM, SD, QM, etc.)Experience implementing SAP in GxP environments, to include knowledge of SIT, OQ, UAT, and cut-over planning
