Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Position Type: Full-Time, 1st Shift | Non-Union Environment Entech Staffing is seeking an experienced Tool & Die Maker to join the growing team at a well-established manufacturing company in Holly. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled trades professional looking for competitive pay, a steady first-shift schedule, and the chance to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Job Responsibilities: Read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications Set up and operate machine tools, including lathes, grinders, and milling machines Fabricate, assemble, repair, and test dies, gauges, fixtures, and tooling to precise tolerances Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting on existing tools and dies Collaborate with engineering, production, and maintenance teams to improve processes and support equipment repairs Diagnose tooling issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime Maintain a safe and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Proven experience as a Tool & Die Maker required Apprenticeship completion or equivalent training preferred Strong knowledge of machining practices, metallurgy, and precision measurement tools Ability to read and interpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical documentation Experience operating manual machine shop equipment Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills Ability to work independently and meet production deadlines Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship Qualified candidates with Tool & Die experience are encouraged to apply today for immediate consideration.
