About the role
Costco Travel Reservation StaffCostco Travel is seeking individuals to join the reservation staff to assist Costco members in the planning of their vacation travel, with a focus on first-call resolution in a fast-paced call center environment. Join the team and share knowledge and skills as an active team member in the continuing growth of Costco Travel. Provides a high level of member service.
Job Duties:
Handles member calls in a friendly and efficient manner.
Uses airline and in-house computer systems to make member reservations.
Confirms reservations accurately.
Communicates members' needs to other support departments.
Ability to operate vehicles, equipment or machinery.
Assists with department duties as necessary.
Assists in other departments of the warehouse as necessary.
