Warehouse Packer Now hiring for a Warehouse Packer Location: Dallas, TX Pay Rate: $16.00 per hour Schedule: D 12-hour overnight rotating schedule, 7:00 PM7:00 AM. No desk, no stress! This opportunity lets you pick, pack, and prepare products for shipment while helping customers receive the right items on time and in excellent condition.

Job duties include: Box labels as they come off press machines Prepare and label cartons for packing Pack finished labels neatly and accurately into boxes Stack completed boxes onto pallets Assist press operators as needed Lift, stack, and move materials throughout the shift Maintain a clean and organized workspace Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Perform general production duties as assigned

Education requirements: High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or distribution training is beneficial. Experience requirements: Ability to accurately pick, pack, label, and prepare customer orders for shipment. Experience reading pick tickets, packing lists, shipping labels, or electronic order systems. Ability to safely use RF scanners, pallet jacks, hand trucks, or other warehouse equipment as required. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to inventory accuracy and quality. Dependable attendance and the ability to work efficiently in fast-paced warehouse environments.

Preferred qualifications: Previous warehouse, fulfillment, distribution, shipping, receiving, or logistics experience is preferred. Experience with RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is beneficial. Knowledge of inventory control, shipping procedures, or order fulfillment best practices is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, productivity, teamwork, and attention to detail are well positioned for success as a warehouse packer. Physical capabilities: Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive warehouse tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely handle products while maintaining productivity and quality standards. Ability to work efficiently in warehouse and fulfillment environments while following established safety procedures.
