About the role

The Nature Conservancy is seeking an Associate Director of Development I, Corporate and Foundation Relations to manage a 60-120 donor portfolio, cultivate major gifts, and lead CFR strategy. You will collaborate across the organization, coordinate the CFR pipeline, and engage senior leaders with proposals, site visits, and updates. Travel as needed and flexible hours apply.

Required: Bachelor’s degree and 5 years fundraising experience; strong donor relationships and cross-functional teamwork
