The Treatment Practice Leader is responsible for driving business development, cultivating client relationships, and advancing the firm's strategic growth in water and wastewater treatment. Responsibilities:
Develop opportunities in North Texas in major areas of water resources and water/wastewater treatment Create and execute a business development plan for the region, aligned with the sector's strategic vision and operational plan Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, team partners, and industry leaders. Represent Parkhill at council and commission meetings, conferences, and seminars
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field; Master's degree preferred Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Texas required; ability to obtain licensure in New Mexico and Oklahoma 10 years of experience specializing in either water resources and/or water/wastewater treatment Proven business development experience, including pursuing clients, preparing proposals, and managing relationships Experience working with state, regional, and local public agencies-including municipalities, water districts, river authorities, counties, and other state entities-as well as state and federal funding agencies
