Howmet Aerospace in LaPorte, IN is seeking a Precision TIG Welding Specialist to perform welds on complex castings, dies, molds, and fixtures to Class A criteria. You will apply GTAW expertise across aluminum and other alloys, set up power sources, select wire, and tune parameters to achieve high-quality welds with FPI/X-ray acceptance. Shifts: 1st shift 6:00 a.m.–2:00 p.m.; post-training 2nd or 3rd shift. Start wage at $27.07/hour, rising to $28.39/hour after 12 months, with opportunity for
