Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Licensed Real Estate Agent at AMERICAN DREAM TEAM REAL ESTATE BROKERS, INC. The responsibilities include helping clients buy, sell, and rent real estate properties, conducting property market research, and providing expert advice to clients throughout the transaction process. The role also includes fostering strong relationships with clients, negotiating deals, and ensuring compliance with local real estate regulations. The Licensed Real Estate Agent will collaborate with the internal team to provide exceptional service and meet organizational goals.QualificationsActive Real Estate License and knowledge of relevant real estate practicesProficiency in Sales and a strong understanding of Real Property transactionsExceptional Customer Service and interpersonal communication skillsExperience and knowledge in Real Estate market trends and opportunitiesStrong organizational and time management skillsAbility to work independently in a remote setup and meet deadlinesProficiency in using real estate software and technology is a plusFamiliarity with local real estate regulations and licensing requirements
