Clerical Aide II
Position Type: Temporary
Schedule: M-F, 7:30 am - 4:30 pm or 8:00 am - 5:00 pm Assignment Length: Approximately 6-weeks, possibly longer. The Temporary Clerical Aide will provide general clerical and administrative support during a temporary leave coverage assignment. Responsibilities may include data entry, filing, organizing and maintaining records, processing documents, preparing correspondence, responding to routine inquiries, and assisting with general office duties. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to handle confidential information in a professional office environment.
Requirements: Ability to operate a computer and office equipment (e.g., scanners, copiers/printers)Ability to use computer applications such as Microsoft Office (e.g., Excel, Word), or other related software. Experience providing customer service and communicating professionally with staff, visitors, and the public. Experience providing clerical, administrative, or general office support in an office environment. Ability to assist with day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, meeting preparation, document organization, and maintaining office records. Ability to use Microsoft Office applications, particularly Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams. Strong organizational skills and ability to assist with multiple assignments and changing priorities. Ability to communicate effectively, follow instructions, and work cooperatively with staff. Demonstrated initiative, creativity, and flexibility when assisting with staff activities, events, and other office needs. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately. Ability to work under direct supervision and seek guidance when needed.
