Project Manager: On behalf of our Energy client, Procom is searching for a Project Manager for a permanent role. This position is a hybrid position with 3 days onsite at our client's Raleigh, NC office. Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of grid integration and substation projects Define project scope, milestones, and deliverables aligned with customer expectations Manage budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and overall financial performance Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, and energization activities Monitor project performance using earned value management tools Support contract negotiations, change management, and risk mitigation strategies Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements Communicate clear, timely project status updates to customers and stakeholders Project Manager - Mandatory
Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or a related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management Experience leading large-scale EPC projects, preferably in grid, power, or heavy industrial sectors Proven execution experience with Tier-1 EPC contractors or owner-engineers Strong capability in schedule control, cost management, and stakeholder alignment Work authorization to be employed in the United States Project Manager –
