Temp to Perm Front Office Coordinator, New YorkCareer Group Companies is seeking a polished, personable Front Office Coordinator to join our internal team. As an integral part of our office, you’ll help create a welcoming, professional environment for our recruiters, candidates, clients, and guests while keeping daily office operations organized and running smoothly. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, proactive, and enjoys being at the heart of a collaborative office environment.
What you’ll do:
- Welcome and direct clients, candidates, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Answer and route incoming calls, taking accurate messages and directing inquiries to the appropriate team members
- Manage conference room and common-area calendars and coordinate meeting setups
- Receive, organize, and distribute incoming mail and packages
- Manage office supplies and inventory, placing orders and keeping shared spaces fully stocked
- Maintain a polished, organized, and welcoming reception area, kitchen, conference rooms, and common areas
- Coordinate building access for employees and visitors
- Assist with internal meetings, company events, and office initiatives
- Provide administrative support to internal teams and take on special projects as needed
