About the role

We are seeking a Product Engineer (AI-Augmented & Full-Stack Systems) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in modern full-stack development, cloud-native architectures, and AI-assisted engineering tools and a proven ability to design, build, and ship scalable products from prototype to production while leading technical standards within a pod.
Responsibilities: Build, prototype, and ship end-to-end features from whiteboard to production across React frontends, Python microservices, and cloud backends. Leverage AI-assisted development workflows (Claude Code, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate delivery and validate architectures. Drive hypothesis-driven product engineering with targeted experiments and interactive prototypes to inform product direction. Architect scalable, resilient systems using AWS services, clean API contracts, and Infrastructure-as-Code. Establish lightweight patterns, reusable UI components, and shared utilities to enable high-velocity delivery. Provide technical thought leadership, review AI- and human-authored code, and enforce correctness, security, and performance. Define automated testing strategies, CI/CD governance, and observability practices. Mentor engineers through pair programming and architectural discussions while modeling modern engineering practices.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
