About the role
Owning design creative direction and day-to-day operations, the full-time remote Team Lead, Design will manage a small international design team, set visual direction, and drive design excellence across print and digital projects while incorporating AI-forward methodologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish and own creative direction, ensuring visual identity and consistency across campaigns
Project manage and assign design tasks, balancing priorities and deadlines across the team
Collaborate with designers on print and digital projects while mentoring and coaching team members
Required Qualifications:
Demonstrated experience in creative direction or design leadership
Strong project management skills for tracking and prioritizing design work
Proficiency in Figma, including design systems and component libraries
Experience in both print and digital design
Skilled at integrating AI tools into the design process
