Executive Assistant Opportunity📍 New York, NY | Fully On-Site🕐 Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM💰 $37–$42/hour📅 6–12 month contract | Potential conversion to full-time🏦 Banking/Financial Services We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership in a fast-paced financial services environment.
Responsibilities: Manage complex calendars, meetings, and scheduling Coordinate domestic/international travel and expenses Support Zoom/Teams meetings Handle correspondence, calls, and confidential information Prepare presentations, reports, and executive documents Support meetings, events, and special projects Coordinate with internal teams and assist with ad hoc needs
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required 3+ years supporting senior executives in banking/financial services Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail Advanced Microsoft Office skills Experience with Zoom/Teams and expense systems (Concur preferred)
