Shift: Monday - Friday, Days (7:30 AM - 4:30 PM), rotating weekends (every 3rd weekend, Saturday/Sunday 8 AM - 1 PM)

License/Certs: Valid Pharmacist license required
Experience: 2-5 years in hospital setting, preferred Critical Access Hospital experience

What You'll Do:
  • Provide inpatient pharmacy services across ICU, L&D, Med/Surg, and Emergency Department
  • Prepare and dispense medications following hospital protocols
  • Collaborate with clinical teams to optimize patient care
  • Work independently during rotating weekends
  • Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
  • Maintain accurate medication records using Meditech (familiarity preferred)
  • Support medication management via Omnicell (plus)
  • What You NeedValid Pharmacist license 2-5 years hospital experience, including critical access hospital preferred
  • Ability to work independently, especially on weekends
  • Familiarity with Meditech (preferred) and Omnicell (plus)
  • Own transportation and willingness to work in a rural setting

This position supports a rural hospital facility providing inpatient pharmacy services. The facility features ICU, L&D, medical/surgical, and emergency care units.
