About the role

IH Mississippi Valley Credit Union is seeking a Bankruptcy & Legal Specialist to oversee Chapter 7, 11, and 13 cases from filing through resolution. You will review filings, deadlines, and pleadings, coordinating with attorneys, trustees, and internal teams to protect the credit union's interests while ensuring compliance. You will also provide backup support to other legal functions, including deceased member accounts, levies, garnishments, repossessions, and collateral recovery.
