About the role
- Provide outstanding service to our clients and promote business.
- Perform break / fix service calls in an assigned area
- Service, install, diagnose and repair binding, laminating, cutting, folding, stitching, and other document handling equipment
- Manage your own daily schedule to meet the customer expectations.
- Maintain your spare parts inventory and manage your calls and parts on the company laptop
- Provide operator training to customers on machine operations and job setup
- Associate's degree, trade certifications, or equivalent field experience required
- Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record required
- Electro-Mechanical experience using a multi-meter to troubleshoot circuits and reading schematics to troubleshoot machines preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Office and comfortable using computers
- Superior time management skills and reliability
- Strong mechanical aptitude and diagnostic experience
- Excellent customer service and communications skills
- Comfortability with being self-motivated
