Contract/Perm: 12 month contract + possible extension
Location: Bethesda, Maryland
Schedule: 9am – 5pm, In office M-TH, Friday remote
On-Boarding: 3 days
Interview Process: 1 round, can interview this week
Hourly Rate: $26/hr-$30/hr Day to Day:
Insight Global is seeking an organized, collaborative, and execution-oriented Talent Development Associate (Contractor) who can flex across a range of responsibilities to support Talent & Culture’s priorities. This role will provide operational, programmatic, and communications support across talent development, associate engagement, and organizational development. The Specialist is a high-visibility role that is critical in ensuring seamless execution of key initiatives including client leadership development programs, team effectiveness sessions, corporate training sessions, and support for associate engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, adaptable, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating across multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.
Must Haves:
  • At least 4 years of relevant experience (combination of talent development, HR, L&D, organizational effectiveness, corporate communications, and/or programmanagement)
  • Experience coordinating and facilitating training, workshops, or team sessions
  • Knowledge and application of ADDIE, SAM, or other instructional design frameworks
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Comfort and experience with using AI tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Attention to detail and comfort in managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred (Business, Psychology, HR, Communications, ODpreferred)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite apps and collaboration technology tools
Nice to Have:
  • Experience supporting HR, Talent Development, Organizational Effectiveness, and/or Internal Communications functions in Corporate pace
  • Familiarity with assessment tools such as DiSC, Predictive Index, Hogan, Korn Ferry
  • Experience with learning management systems and employee listening platformsExperience with Canva and internal communications platformsExperience working in matrixed environment
