You will bring your insights and expertise to the task at hand and feel supported as you make your own kind of impact for a better future.What role will you play?In this role, you will bring your analytical mindset and strategic thinking capabilities to help Macquarie Asset Management deliver strategic goals and initiatives for wealth. You will be responsible for developing business plans which encompass managing the financial budgets, revenue forecasts and strategic resource plans, plus events and townhalls.Stakeholder relationships will be diverse, ranging from finance and human resourcing to marketing, product, portfolio, technology, strategy and events teams. You will align with the Head of Wealth to ensure that business processes related to capital raising projections, distributor economic terms and our overall profit and loss model are run smoothly and are documented, in partnership with our global team.You will partner closely with Client Solutions Group leadership team, including providing direct support to Client Solutions Group's Global Head of Wealth. Working closely with distribution, product and marketing leaders and their teams, you will gain a deep understanding of what they need to deliver success and provide executive advisory to help them achieve business goals. In addition, you will carry out data analysis to draw insights, communicating these across the business to enable strategic decision making.What You OfferMinimum of five years' experience in strategy, management consulting, business management or project management, ideally within the asset management sector and specifically within wealth management.Analytical and presentation skills, with an ability to interpret data, extract commercial insights, synthesize into management presentations and communicate these effectivelyExcellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced and global environmentAbility to facilitate the implementation and adoption of new business processes and technology solutions, establishing global operating models and working with regional teams to adapt as needed. Experience with AI tools and Salesforce/CRM platforms preferred.Ability to influence without direct authority and drive results towards stated wealth, mission, vision and objectives. With a continuous improvement mindset; to understand that the way to get things done can come in a variety of different paths.Salary range for this position: $153,000 - $253,000/Year. Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, peer and market data, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. You may also be eligible for an annual discretionary incentive compensation award.
