About the role
The Abbey Resort is seeking a Housekeeping Coordinator to act as the liaison between Front Office, Sales and Conference Planning, ensuring smooth group bookings and efficient housekeeping operations on Geneva Lake. You will manage room assignments, dispatch staff, and support daily operations using HOST, HotSOS, and Hotel Effectiveness.
Ideal candidates will have a high school diploma, 1 year in housekeeping or related rooms operations, and strong MS Office skills.
