Job Description: Join Our Team! We are looking for dependable, detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as a Wire Harness Assemblers. In this role, you will help build high-quality wire harnesses and cable assemblies used in a variety of industries. If you enjoy hands-on work, working with a team, and take pride in building quality products, we would love to hear from you! Schedule Monday – Thursday: 5:30AM – 4:00PMOvertime may be available on Fridays based on production needs
Pay: $14/hr+What You’ll DoAssemble wire harnesses, cables, and electrical components according to work instructions and blueprints Route, bundle, tape, and secure wires and connectors Use hand tools and small equipment to complete assemblies Perform quality inspections to ensure accuracy and workmanship standards are met Read and follow assembly drawings, travelers, and production documentation Maintain a clean and organized work area Work closely with team members and leadership to meet production goals
What We’re Looking For: Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow written instructions and diagrams Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Dependable attendance and positive attitude Ability to work independently and as part of a team Manufacturing or assembly experience preferred, but not required — we are willing to train the right candidate!
