The successful candidate will be a Disruption Driver, challenging the conventional and driving the pursuit of innovative, disruptive solutions for clients. This role is all about defying the status quo, building strong client relationships, and leading a team to embrace new, unexpected approaches to brand challenges.
The VP, Strategy Director will be responsible for contributing to a culture that fosters disruption, managing and mentoring junior strategists, and developing senior client relationships. They will also be involved in creating and facilitating ideation sessions, leading research efforts, and contributing to new business pitches. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree and 5-7 years' of experience, preferably in an agency environment, with a strong preference for those with pharmaceutical experience.

The ideal candidate will be a methodological and analytical leader, with the ability to drive client and agency research in new and innovative ways.
