Essential Duties: Responsible for providing an outstanding customer service experience. Greets customers, answers, screens and directs phone calls. Assists with general administrative and clerical tasks such as preparing documents, receiving and sorting mail and filing. Monitoring the use of equipment and supplies within the office. Maintains and orders office supplies, as well coordinates the maintenance and repair of office equipment. Other duties may be assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma and/or GED required.
  • Associate’s Degree preferred
  • Has 3 years of receptionist experience, preferably in a truck dealership environment
  • Verbal and written communication skills necessary for communicating with customers, management, employees and vendors
  • Basic computer skills
