The successful candidate will be tasked with shaping the enterprise AI strategy, setting practical standards, and guiding investments to enhance work processes and deliver tangible results.
This leadership position requires a strategic thinker with practical AI experience, capable of collaborating with business and technical leaders to prioritize AI opportunities, support experimentation, and provide a clear view of progress, costs, and risks. The Head of AI Strategy & Operations will also be responsible for leading AI governance, establishing technical standards, and ensuring that AI adoption aligns with the company's goals and values.
Applicants for this role at the company should have a minimum of 6 years' experience in AI, AI strategy, or technology strategy, with a proven track record of leading complex initiatives.
