You agree to faceand break throughnew challenges every single day.As a Receptionist, you'll create a welcoming experience for customers, visitors, and employees across phone, email, chat, and in-person interactions. A major part of this role will be managing the day-to-day operations of our company storefront, assisting customers and ensuring the space runs smoothly. You'll also support multiple departments by coordinating meetings, greeting visitors, and assisting with various administrative needs. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, customer-facing experience, and a basic understanding of Excel and other Microsoft programs.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the day-to-day operations of the company storefront, ensuring a welcoming, organized, and positive customer experience.Maintain a professional and inviting lobby and reception area during business hours.Greet and assist customers, visitors, candidates, and employees in a friendly and helpful manner.Communicate with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and in person.Serve as a knowledgeable first point of contact and help direct questions or requests to the appropriate team.Coordinate and support business meetings, including welcoming guests and assisting with meeting needs.Maintain organization and presentation of the storefront, lobby, and front desk areas.Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to multiple departments as needed.Proactively identify opportunities to help customers, visitors, and team members.Take ownership of front desk and storefront needs, ensuring tasks and requests are followed through to completion.Required QualificationsExceptional written and verbal communication skills with a professional, customer-focused approach.Highly organized, dependable, and task-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Comfortable working directly with customers across multiple communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and in person.Ability to maintain a professional and welcoming lobby and storefront environment during operating hours.Proficiency with Microsoft Office programs, including a working knowledge of Excel.Ability to take ownership of responsibilities and follow through on day-to-day business needs.Ability to type at or above 50 WPM.Desired QualificationsPrevious experience in a receptionist, customer service, retail, hospitality, or other customer-facing role.Experience managing or supporting a storefront, front desk, or similar customer-facing environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a willingness to proactively identify where help is needed.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment that encourages innovation and extreme ownership.A positive, helpful, and approachable attitude with a desire to create a great experience for customers, visitors, and employees.Retail Management is a big plus.Engaged in some type of continued education, a life long learner.Our culture is passionate, entrepreneurial, and energetic.
