About the role
- High school diploma or GED1+ year of electrical panel building, electromechanical assembly, or related electrical trade experience
- Ability to read electrical schematics, blueprints, and bills of materials
- Experience with wire strippers, crimpers, drills, taps, and other hand and power tools
- Experience with wire routing, color coding, and component layout
- Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform repetitive tasks that require fine motor skills, with or without reasonable accommodation
- Technical training in electrical or electronics
- Experience building UL 508A industrial control panels
- Working knowledge of NFPA 79 or the NECSoldering experience to IPC standards
- Experience wiring PLC-based control systems
- $55,000 to $65,000 base salary
