About the role
Fabletics is seeking a detail-oriented People Operations Associate to support the day-to-day operations of our People Team in El Segundo. You will coordinate workflows, maintain accurate data in Workday HCM, and support onboarding, offboarding, and internal mobility to ensure a smooth employee experience. You will partner cross-functionally on compliance initiatives, build SOPs, and implement changes as we scale.
