Job Description: Job Description1-Pipefitter - Richardson, TX$29.00/Hour | Day Shift | Project Through November Join our team for a short-term industrial project in Richardson, TX. We are seeking an experienced Pipefitter with a minimum of 3 years of industrial pipefitting experience. This is a full-time position working Monday through Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (10-hour shifts). Candidates must be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities: Travel to customer job sites to assemble, install, and maintain industrial piping systems. Read blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Measure, cut, grind, thread, and fit pipe components for installation. Prepare materials and ensure proper alignment and fit-up before welding. Test piping systems for leaks and inspect completed work. Collaborate with engineering, fabrication, and field teams to resolve installation issues. Follow all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Maintain accurate records and perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 70 lbs.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of pipefitting experience. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and drawings. Experience with industrial piping systems. Strong attention to safety and quality. Must be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This position requires a minimum of 3 years of welding experience, with proficiency in multiple welding processes and the ability to work from blueprints and specifications. Candidates must be local to the Dallas-Fort Worth area.
Responsibilities: Perform welding, fabrication, repair, and modification of metal structures. Utilize FCAW, GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and SMAW (Stick) welding processes. Perform primarily 6G welding applications. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications. Ensure all welds meet dimensional, quality, and AWS code requirements. Inspect completed welds and maintain accurate welding records. Operate and maintain welding equipment. Adhere to all safety procedures and PPE requirements. Work closely with fabrication and engineering teams to complete projects efficiently.
Qualifications: Minimum 3 years of welding experience. Experience with FCAW, GTAW (TIG), GMAW (MIG), and SMAW (Stick).6G welding experience strongly preferred.
