About the role
- Assist in composing, adapting, producing, and editing new procedural and training documentation, including user guides, training manuals, job aids, videos/presentations, and other similar media
- Review and edit existing materials
- Support the implementation of training solutions established for a given requirement, considering the subject matter, project requirements, location, class size, and other variables
- Conduct subject matter and policy research, interviews, and reviews case studies of documented training gaps to assist in developing training solutions
- Assist with preparation and delivery of training
- Assist with surveys and analysis, and support the scheduling and administration of training workshops, webinars, and MS Teams presentations as directed
- Serve as moderator, presenter, or facilitator for in‑person, webinar, and virtual training sessions, and may occasionally travel to CONUS or OCONUS locations to support the administration of training
- Administer and maintain the DPM SharePoint training repository and materials
- This role requires flexibility in work hours to accommodate training across multiple international time zones
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or GED equivalent 2+ years’ experience developing training and instructional materials and providing instructor‑led training.2+ years of experience with MS Office suite
- Experience in creating graphic materials such as posters, job aids, diagrams, and instructional guides with images and graphics.
- Experience in presenting training / presentations to a group, both in‑person and virtually
- Experience in conducting online research to gain knowledge or resolve technical issues
- Secret clearance
- Successfully pass background and drug screening
- Proficient in designing and producing media / materials using graphic elements and software
- Proficient in creating high quality presentations and slide shows
- Proficient with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and PDF applications
- Proficient in public speaking
- Able to proactively self‑direct, triage tasks, problem solve, and work independently
- Strong knowledge of MS PowerPointStrong knowledge of MS Teams
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud
- Working knowledge of MS SharePointAbility to communicate clearly in English, both verbally and in writing
