This is an ππ π πππππ§π π’π£ππ‘ππ‘π for someone who can step into a leadership role and confidently manage a crew in demanding field conditions.πΉ πͺπππ§ π¬π’π¨'ππ ππ’β’ Lead and manage a survey crew of approximately 3β5 team membersβ’ Perform and oversee land surveying activities in the fieldβ’ Coordinate daily field operations and ensure work is completed accurately and safelyβ’ Work on a variety of surveying and infrastructure projectsβ’ Communicate effectively with project managers and office personnelβ’ Maintain quality and productivity standards for the crewπΉ πͺπππ§ πͺπ'π₯π ππ’π’πππ‘π ππ’π₯β
5+ years of surveying experience preferredβ
Previous Survey Crew Chief / Party Chief experience strongly preferredβ
Strong field leadership and crew-management skillsβ
Valid driver's licenseβ
Comfortable working outdoors in South Florida heat and challenging terrainβ
Ability to work a typical 5-day schedule with occasional Saturdaysβ
