Project Manager – Electrical Construction
Location: Phoenix Metro - Hybrid flexibility available *Relocation Available*
Pay: $100,000 – $150,000+ DOEWe’re hiring experienced Electrical Project Managers for established contractors in the Phoenix market. These roles support a mix of commercial TI, ground-up, industrial, manufacturing, data center, and specialty electrical projects. If you know how to manage jobs, control cost, lead teams, and keep clients happy — we want to talk.
What You’ll Do: Manage electrical construction projects from award through closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, labor, material, and job profitability Run RFIs, submittals, change orders, procurement, billing, forecasting Coordinate field teams, supers, foremen, vendors, and clients Lead progress meetings and maintain project momentum Manage multiple projects depending on size/scope Maintain strong customer relationships and repeat business opportunities What We’re Looking For 3+ years Project Manager experience in electrical construction Commercial TI and/or ground-up project background Strong cost control and labor management skills Experience running multiple projects simultaneously Proficient with project software (Procore, Bluebeam, Viewpoint, etc.)Strong communication and leadership skills Stable work history preferred Strong Plus Experience Manufacturing / industrial facilities Warehouses / distribution Data centers Large commercial projects ($5M+)
