Job Description
Job Overview: We are seeking motivated and reliable Landscape Maintenance Workers to join our company immediately.
Duties: Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, fertilizing and irrigation repairs as directed to promote healthy growth and aesthetic appeal. Operate grounds maintenance equipment such as lawnmowers, trimmers, blowers, power tools, and irrigation systems safely and efficiently. Drivers will be responsible for driving the crew to work locations and work with crew members in a variety of landscaping, groundskeeping, and equipment operation tasks.
Qualifications: Prior work experience in landscaping, grounds maintenance, or horticulture is required. Operating and mechanical knowledge related to landscaping equipment and power tools. Strong understanding of landscape maintenance practices including lawn care, pruning, planting, and pest management. Ability to identify plants and pests accurately to support effective landscape care is desirable. Knowledge of irrigation systems operation and troubleshooting techniques is desirable. Drivers must have clean valid drivers license. Prior landscape vehicle truck and trailer driving experience desired. Familiarity with safety protocols related to outdoor work environments and equipment operation. Excellent physical stamina for prolonged periods of outdoor activity in various weather conditions.
