About the Company: Aberdeen Advisors is hiring multiple senior healthcare technology sales leaders on behalf of a growing global health-technology company expanding its presence in the US provider market. Our client is backed by a large, established healthcare organization and is building its US go-to-market team across West Coast, Central, and East Coast regions. This is a senior enterprise sales role for a true new-business hunter with existing relationships across hospitals, health systems, IDNs, and provider organizations. This role reports directly to the CEO and will help drive strategic growth with US healthcare providers.
About the Role: The company partners with healthcare providers across several high-growth solution areas, including:
  • Managed remote-care services
  • Clinical workforce development
  • Global Capability Centers
  • Healthcare analytics and AI solutions
The right candidate will bring a strong provider-market network, executive-level credibility, and a track record of opening and closing enterprise healthcare accounts.
Responsibilities: Develop new business with US healthcare providers, including hospitals, health systems, and integrated delivery networks. Build and activate senior relationships with CIOs, CTOs, CEOs, CFOs, and other executive healthcare decision-makers. Own the full enterprise sales cycle from prospecting and relationship development through proposal, negotiation, and close. Sell healthcare technology and services solutions across remote care, clinical workforce services, capability centers, analytics, AI, and global delivery models. Partner directly with the CEO to help shape and execute US go-to-market strategy. Coordinate with global delivery teams to align client needs, solution design, pricing, and execution. Build a strategic pipeline of provider accounts and convert relationships into measurable revenue. Qualifications10–15 years of senior enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology, healthcare services, digital health, or provider-facing solutions. At least 3–5 recent years in a true hunter or new-logo sales role. Demonstrated success selling into the US provider market, including hospitals, health systems, IDNs, or large clinical organizations. Established relationships with senior healthcare executives across the US provider ecosystem. Proven ability to quantify closed deals, enterprise wins, new-logo growth, and strategic account expansion. Strong understanding of healthcare IT, digital transformation, managed services, clinical operations, remote care, outsourcing, analytics, AI, or global delivery models. Experience from a global IT services firm, healthcare services organization, digital health company, clinical outsourcing firm, or provider-facing technology company is strongly preferred. Comfortable operating in a lean, high-growth environment where the US commercial function is still being built. US-based with valid US work authorization.

  • Healthcare technology sales into US provider organizations.
  • Healthcare IT services, digital transformation, clinical outsourcing, remote care, analytics, AI, RCM, BPO, GCC, or global delivery models.
  • Prior success opening net-new provider logos through existing CXO-level relationships.
  • Experience with organizations such as global IT services firms, healthcare services companies, digital health platforms, provider-facing software companies, or clinical operations partners.
  • Pay range and compensation package
  • Competitive executive-level compensation, commensurate with experience and track record.
