About INFINF Associates is an energy solutions and construction management firm focused on decarbonizing transportation and buildings. We deliver electrical infrastructure, EV charging, solar, and LED lighting projects for commercial, institutional, and public clients.
Position Summary: The Site Superintendent is INF’s on-site leader for electrical, EV charging, solar, and lighting construction projects. You will be responsible for managing daily field operations, coordinating subcontractors and crews, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, and ensuring work is completed to the highest quality.
Key Responsibilities: Lead site operations from mobilisation through installation, commissioning, punch lists, and project completion Coordinate subcontractors, field crews, materials, deliveries, and equipment Manage daily priorities, identify potential delays, and keep projects moving forward Lead site meetings and maintain communication between field teams, project managers, owners, engineers, and facilities teams Enforce OSHA standards, company safety policies, and site-specific requirements Conduct safety walks, toolbox talks, and support safe electrical working practices, including lockout/tagout procedures Review installations against drawings, specifications, NEC requirements, and manufacturer guidelines Coordinate inspections, utility work, shutdowns, and service cutovers Complete daily reports covering progress, manpower, deliveries, inspections, delays, and site updates Use platforms such as Procore and Monday.com for project tracking and reporting
Required Qualifications: 3+ years of construction experience Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsOSHA 30-Hour Construction Safety certification Valid driver’s license and ability to travel between project sites
Preferred Qualifications: Electrical construction experience preferred Experience with EV charging, solar PV, LED lighting, switchgear, or similar electrical infrastructure Previous experience as a Superintendent or Foreman Knowledge of NEC requirements and electrical drawings Experience with public-sector or prevailing wage projects Experience using Procore, Monday.com, or similar field reporting platforms
