About the role

Atco Rubber Products, Inc. is hiring an Assembler to produce jacket or core parts at established efficiency and quality standards. The role requires operating and monitoring machinery, inspecting output, packing finished materials, and maintaining a clean, safe work environment on the 1st shift. Typical hours are 6:00 am – 2:30 pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional after-hours support and one weekend per maintenance cycle.
