You'll act as a key resource for our customers by providing installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting services on our heavy capital equipment. But it doesn't stop there.   • Experience with Mechanical installation, repair and maintenance of advanced machinery and heavy capital equipment
Customer Service – Providing hands-on training to customer representatives on machinery operations and maintenance. Technical Abilities – Analyzing, troubleshooting, and diagnosing mechanical, electrical/electronic, and pneumatic issues to ensure machinery operates at peak performance. Dependability – Conducting on-site service interventions, collaborating with customers to resolve problems efficiently and effectively. Attention to Detail – Maintaining detailed service reports to ensure accurate documentation of all service activities. Collaboration – Building and maintaining strong customer relationships to deliver exceptional service experience.
