About the role
To support the growth of the Voice business, the full-time Channel Partner Manager - Specialist will manage strategic partnerships with resellers and distributors, develop go-to-market strategies, and serve as a subject matter expert while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
Own and grow strategic channel partner relationships to drive pipeline and revenue growth
Identify and develop partner-sourced opportunities, collaborating with partners and internal sales teams
Design and deliver partner enablement and training to enhance solution positioning and sales effectiveness
Required qualifications
Minimum of 5 years of related experience with a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Proven success in building and growing channel partnerships with measurable revenue impact
Strong expertise in enterprise Voice, telecommunications, or cloud communications
Consultative selling and business development skills with the ability to connect customer needs to solutions
Experience enabling partners and internal sales teams on Voice solutions and industry use cases
