About the Role: We’re hiring a Mid-Market Account Executive for a client building an all-in-one marketing measurement platform. As thesecond AE, you’ll have significant ownership over revenue growth, selling toVPs of Marketing & Growth at consumer brandsand closing mid-market opportunities ranging from$15K–$50K ACV. You’ll own the sales cycle end to end, from generating pipeline to closing, while helping customers understand and improve theirattribution, conversion tracking, and marketing measurement.
What You’ll Do: Ownfull-cycle mid-market sales, from prospecting through close.
Spend approximately60–70% of your time closingopportunities with typical1–3 month sales cycles. Spend approximately30–40% of your time generating and qualifying pipeline. Build referral relationships withmarketing agenciesand other potential pipeline partners. Sell and advise aroundmarketing measurement, attribution, and conversion tracking. Pursue larger$50K–$100K+ opportunitiesas you grow within the sales motion. Capture customer insights and work with Product to improvepositioning and roadmap. Partner with Marketing to develop new opportunities and pipeline channels.
What We’re Looking For: We’re looking for ahigh-performing B2B SaaS sellerwho can independently generate pipeline, run a strong sales process, and close mid-market deals. The ideal candidate understands theMarTech and marketing analytics landscapeand can have credible conversations with senior Marketing and Growth leaders.
Requirements: 3–5 years of B2B SaaS sales experiencewith at least 1 year of quota-carrying closing experience. Proven history ofmeeting or exceeding quota. Track record of closing$10K–$100K ACVmid-market deals. Experience sellingMarTech, analytics, performance marketing, or other technical products. Strong understanding ofattribution, conversion tracking, or marketing measurement. Experience selling toMarketing, Growth, or related business leaders. Comfortable owning bothoutbound pipeline generation and closing. Based inNYCand available to work5 days a week in-office. Able to operate withhigh ownership and self-directionin a lean, early-stage environment. Nice-to-Have Digital orperformance marketing experience, either in-house or at an agency. Hands-on understanding ofpaid acquisition. Experience in anearly-stage startup. Experience owningfull-cycle outbound sales. Existing relationships withmarketing agencies or other referral partners.
