Are you excited to work in a fast-growing personal injury law firm with growth and learning opportunities? Do you have excellent interpersonal communication skills with an eye for detail? Are you self-motivated with a passion for helping people in need? Are you hard-working and organized with a desire to work in an environment where you and your skills are valued and rewarded? If you answered yes to all of these questions, then Dubo Law could be the perfect place for you. We are a fast growing personal injury law firm located in Timonium (right off of 83) looking to add an experienced personal injury litigation paralegal. We are committed to providing high quality legal representation to all of our clients in a challenging and rewarding work environment which offers opportunities for significant professional growth and advancement, much different than a traditional personal injury firm. Ideally, candidates should have at least 3+ years of personal injury litigation experience and a passion for helping clients and building a career. If you're looking for a job that's easy and doesn't challenge you, this is probably not the right opportunity. The foundation of our firm is to provide GREAT service and results to our clients... and greatness requires organization, discipline and hard work, achieved individually and as part of a team. Candidates will be expected to assist litigation attorneys with all aspects of Circuit and District Court litigation, including, but not limited to, drafting complaints, effecting service, responding to discovery requests and assisting with trial preparation. All applicants are 100% confidential. And along with a resume, all applicants should be prepared to answer what they consider to be the most important value in an organization they would want to work at, and why? When submitting an application, please also tell us your favorite flavor if ice cream.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
