About the role
- Support the creation and maintenance of seasonal line plan - creation of tool, data maintenance and updates throughout the season
- Support development of Bags assortment strategies across e-commerce, store, wholesale, and international channels; learn the fundamentals of line editing and build a point of view
- Maintain style attributes in line plan with the most current attribute definitions
- Monitor selling results and partner with channels to understand product and financial performance; help turn results into reports and actionable insights for merchandising team
- Track the competitive landscape and bring relevant product and pricing insights to merchandising team
- Maintain various merchandising tools and resources (roadmaps, competitive reports, product knowledge tools)
- Prepare content and materials for key go-to-market meetings, including deck preparation and assisting product teams with samples for key meetings
- Serve as a cross-functional liaison — partnering with Planning, Allocation, Design, Product Development, Marketing, E-Commerce, and Visual Merchandising, and keeping communication flowing across the org
- Provide day-to-day support to the Merchandising team
- Experience We're Looking ForBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred 1+ years of merchandising experience

- Strong analytical skills and understanding of retail math
- Proven ability to build collaborative relationships across teams
