Secretary DutiesAs a Secretary, you will perform the following duties:Provide clerical support to include typing, processing, copying, scanning, general organization and preparation of documents and mailings, with minimal errors and within deadlines. Coordinate with staff and supervisors to ensure all files are accurate and complete, accessible and archived as appropriate. Maintain electronic files in an organized and efficient manner.Ensure accurate and timely record keeping, document preparation, database entry, web-based updates, responses to requests, and other miscellaneous clerical tasks.Track all aspects of the organization's training classes, including preparation of classroom facilities and class materials, maintain class rosters, and ensure that documentation is complete for all students by the posted deadlines.Serve as point of contact with customers, stakeholders, and the public. Communicate with the most accurate and complete information available. Answer questions independently.
